A simple afternoon delivery of a repaired banjo quickly became
an impromtu jam session in the kitchen with Jimmy Mazzy on banjo, Steve on the upright bass,
and Carrie Mazzy, Carrie McC, Sally, G Pfitz, and Kathy singing along.


Mia the Musical




In honor of Mia's milestone birthday,
family members wrote new lyrics to an old Abba song.
Lead vocalists Mike, Sally, and Greg are backed up by Steve, Fran, Pat, Kathy, Patrick, Mary Beth, Dan, Carrie, and Gregory.

Sunday Session - Evangeline




We three took to the cellar for a Sunday afternoon to record Robbie Robertson's "Evangeline."
Neil and Kathy switched off the lead, and Steve added a third voice to the chorus.
Steve played guitar, bass, and accordion and Neil played guitar and percussion.


Gotta L-O-V-E This!

Patrick takes the mic to sing Cole Porter's "Anything Goes"

and then his lovely cousins, Sally and Carrie.

Our West Framfield gathering happened to coincide
with the 50th anniversary of the Beatles' Ed Sullivan appearance,
prompting this little medley.
Steve is on the upright & vocals, John on guitar & vocals, Mr. Steve, Joe & Kathy on vocals.


Bubbly Girls




The voices of sisters Kaylin and Caroline blend perfectly
to create this delightful version of Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly."
Steve, Greg, and Ian back them up with Alicia featured on the egg shaker.


Falling Slowly




As we leave 2013 (and "Tango Maureen") behind us,
Sally and Carrie try a new duet on for size.
Sally also plays guitar on this tune from the show "Once."


It Had to Be Tom




Starting with "It Had to be You,"
and segueing into a patriotic medley in honor of Veterans' Day,
Uncle Tom left 'em wanting more when he finished with the iconic "Rooster Song"!

Holidays can be bittersweet as we reflect on memories of days gone by,
recalling our loved ones who celebrate with us in spirit as we hear Kaylin sing,
"I'll be looking at the moon, but I'll be seeing you."

After Thanksgiving dinner, the cousins led us all through a medley of Sound of Music selections.
You can hear the voices of Maggie, Meara, and Julia, as well as Padraic, Caroline, Greg and Kaylin.
David, Dawn, Dan, Sarah, Kathy, Alicia, and Neil contributed vocals and Steve was on piano.

John led the crowd through a Beatles medley, including "Lady Madonna," "Got to Get You into My Life,"

and Neil on percussion, as well as many other enthusiastic voices.

This special appearance from Uncle Tom
brought us "Frim-Fram Sauce" and "I Left My Heart in San Francisco,"
as well as some commercial songs from his sponsors.

The last song of the night, Nov. 9, 2013,
sweet and gentle after a raucous evening.


I've Just Seen a Guitar Gently Weep




On a roll with old Beatles tunes, the crowd took up a medley of
"While My Guitar Gently Weeps" with Dan on guitar
and a nod to "I've Just Seen a Face" with all voices trying, some voices failing,
and Steve brilliant on piano as always.

Someone to Watch Over Me

Under the weather for most of the day,
Carrie stepped up to the challenge with this beautiful Gershwin cover.
She wowed the room, with one adoring fan suggesting the title be ammended to
"Someone Hungover Like Me."


Moon River


"Sing to me like that, Gordan!"
And with that, Gordan Pfitzer serenades his lovely wife Gabriella
with this touching rendition of "Moon River,"
accompanied by Steve on piano, Dan on guitar, and a room full of fans.


Guns and Fools




Family and friends gather around the piano to sing some old Beatles tunes with Steve at the helm on the keys.
Pfitzer Pfolk include Greg, Mia, Sally, Gordan, Gabby, and Ian.
Currans, McCrossans, Aunt Barbara, and friends chime in on the spirited vocals,
with Carrie on the tin whistle, Neil on percussion, and Dan on guitar.
